ABOUT THE COMPANY
Alphatec Surveyors, LTD was founded in 1994 and has provided a wide variety of surveying services to the public and private sectors of the community. We employ robotic survey instruments and RTK GPS. We are connected to a local Commercial Virtual Reference Station; this advancement ensures our clients quick response to horizontal and vertical survey needs. Since the Tidewater Area is subject to vertical subsidence, a GPS VRS is critical to the establishment of precise elevations.
In keeping with the firm's motto "Number One in Technology" as each Clerk of Circuit Court makes their records available, Alphatec Surveyors, LTD subscribes to those services. This makes it possible for us to procure deeds, and plats "online" on any day or at any hour. Once your survey order is received, the "research" can begin almost immediately.
Alphatec's commitment to service and cost effectiveness has enabled the firm to grow into one of Hampton Roads premier surveying firms.
